![]() This left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't even want to come back to Miami for a second time.ever. Opening in 1973 in the Barefoot Boulevard in Avalon by Alain and Caroline Pointeaux. Formally know as Le Boulevard French restaurant was one of the longest standing restaurant in the area. ![]() I know it's Miami Beach and all, but this is ridiculous and down right fraudulent in how this business is running. Bistro Boulevard is a little slice bistronomy in Avalon offering a French bistro menu and a exceptional wine list. ![]() Oh, on top of that they expected additional tips to be left.not happening with this kind of service and these type of prices. The drink itself was around $65 + their fees (tips) and taxes. The total was $90 to what ultimately was for only ONE DRINK. The biggest surprise came when our waitress brought the check. I almost finished my drink, but my wife only finished half way. The drinks were 60oz, but not that great - too watered down and didn't have a good mixture. I got a margarita and a virgin mango margarita for my pregnant wife. On a Monday night, they lured us in with a buy one get one free drink special. However, what they don't tell is the actual prices of drinks/food along with others fees (service charge aka tips) that will be added to the total (close to 30% extra). Just like majority of the reviews have mentioned, this business runs a bait & switch tactic to get guests at their restaurant table.
